On November 14th : Moawya Ibrahim Alazeirig , accountant in the forest department , had been arrested in the Exits of Kadugli to south areas of the SPLM/N and in the same day Ahmad Amein , taxi driver from Arradeif , in Kadugli had been arrested , by the security both are in unknown place now .
on November 18th Badawi Kalo , director of human services in the Agricultural ministry in KAdugli had been detained from his house at 1:00 AM in the morning by orders from Ahmad Harron the state governor , also Hassan Idris , officer in the water ministry ,had been arrested in the same date and time , they have been taken to the military intelligence office in Kadugli .
The Sudanese security in Kadugli the capital of South Kordofan/Nuba mountains state, continued its arrest campaign against Nuba peoples in Kadugli , the new campaign started in early November where women had been called for investigations in Security offices in Kadugly about their relations to the Sudanese Peoples liberation Movement/ North , which fighting the Sudanese government in the region since June 2011. Dozens of women had been arrested and released but 33 were arrested on November 11th , on November 18th tow of them had been released while the rest remain in detention in inhuman conditions and indanger of torture and abuse , the remain women are all Nuba women . The women released are : Fatihia Abdelmutaib- Ministry of Health , 30 years , and Hawa Kubara Mussad, 55 years , officer in the social ministry.
This arrest campaign is manifestation of Ahmad Haroon latest statement and the Sudanese armed forces in Kadugli on Friday according to press , when the both promised that “ they will clean KADUGLI”, in their summer attack against the SPLM/N. *
.IDPs from the town arrived in Al Obeid in North Kordofan state , reported that the Ahmad Haroun the governor of South Kordofan/Nuba mountains state , restricted movement out of the town and civilians sneak out of the city at night using dangerous roads to flee the fighting and searching for food and security as the town is described to be ghost town for the past 2 weeks.
Arry organization and the families of the detainees are extremely concerned about the safety of those detainees , as they are in danger of torture and ill treatment in detention . Therefore Arry organization is calling the Sudanese government to :
- Immediately and unconditionally release the detainees and insure their safety or press charges against them
- To allow the detainees family visit and insure them access for lawyers and medical care reveal their detention location.
